Systemic lupus for pleurisy

People with SLE can develop different combinations of symptoms and organ involvement. The most common neuropsychiatric disorder people with systemic lupus erythematosus have is headache, although the existence of a specific lupus headache and the optimal approach to headache in SLE cases remains controversial. Having lupus increases your chances of developing an inflammation of the chest cavity lining (pleurisy), which can make breathing painful. Many patients with lupus develop painless ulcers in the mouth and nose at some point in their disease.
Inflammation of the kidneys (nephritis) can impair their ability to get rid of waste products and other toxins from the body effectively. Lupus can adversely influence the lives of those who suffer the illness, their families and friends. Lupus may also cause kidney disease which can progress to renal failure and require dialysis.
